What Peak Form Intensive Is

PFI is a 12-week, in-person cohort program (15–20 people) designed to eliminate the substances that keep your body stuck in fatigue, inflammation, and unpredictability.

I guide you through sequential, zero-tolerance elimination — one substance at a time — in the exact order required to make the process work.

  • This is not lifestyle coaching.

  • This is not motivation.

  • This is a finite process with a clear end.

When the structure is correct, quitting becomes rare.
Completion becomes normal.

What This Requires From You

Peak Form Intensive works because the structure is non-negotiable.

Before you apply, you should understand exactly what participation looks like.

Participation Requirements

• Attend all 12 weekly in-person sessions (no make-ups)
• Follow complete elimination — zero tolerance, no moderation
• Apply each elimination exactly as taught, in sequence
• Participate in group discussion and problem-solving
• Be willing to experience temporary discomfort without “testing” exceptions

This is not about motivation.
It’s about following the structure long enough for the body to stabilize.

Why Preparation Comes First

Most people fail elimination not because they lack discipline,

Peak Form Intensive is structured to prevent that.

Elimination does not begin on day one.

Week 1 — Preparation & Readiness

Week 1 is dedicated entirely to preparation.

You will:
• Learn the full elimination framework
• Clean out your environment (pantry, fridge, routines)
• Plan logistics around family, work, and social situations
• Identify hidden sources and contamination risks
• Separate your food if others in your household aren’t participating
• Decide when elimination will officially begin

No substances are eliminated yet.

This week exists to remove friction — because once elimination starts, it is permanent.

Weeks 2–4 — First Elimination

Once you are fully prepared, the first major elimination begins.

• Zero tolerance
• Full group support
• Weekly instruction and troubleshooting
• Withdrawal is expected — and guided

This is where most people fail alone.
Inside PFI, this is where structure matters most.

Weeks 5–7 — Second Elimination

The second elimination is layered in while maintaining the first.

• The pattern is familiar
• Confidence replaces panic
• Group momentum builds
• Decision-making drops dramatically

Weeks 8–10 — Final Elimination

The final major elimination completes the framework.

• Cravings calm
• Energy stabilizes
• Food becomes predictable
• Negotiation disappears

Week 11–12 — Consolidation & Graduation

The final phase is about locking this in for life.

By now, your system is stable. Cravings are quiet. Results are consistent.

These weeks are about final refinement.

You’ll remove the last remaining variables. Confirm what your body truly tolerates. And eliminate anything that still creates friction — calmly and deliberately.

Nothing here feels extreme or overwhelming.

This is precision, not struggle.

You graduate knowing exactly how to eat, without effort or negotiation.

This is not a trial.

It’s a permanent goodbye to what was holding you back.
