What It Is
The Peak Form Intensive is my live, in-person group program. We meet weekly for 12 weeks in the East Valley (Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa area likely - specific location confirmed upon enrollment). You'll be guided through the complete EMDFH framework alongside others on the same journey.
This isn't a support group. It's a systematic elimination program with weekly instruction, group accountability, and hands-on guidance through the exact sequence that transformed my health at 59.
