Peak Form Intensive (PFI) is my 6‑week, in‑person program in the Phoenix East Valley. This is where you learn the full elimination framework — and finally understand why nothing else has worked.

Most people fail not because they lack discipline, but because they never remove the inputs their body treats as interference.

PFI teaches you how the body actually works, why sequence matters, and how to begin the process correctly — without negotiation, confusion, or guesswork.

What Peak Form Intensive Is

PFI is a 6‑week educational and preparatory program designed to:

  • teach you the full elimination framework

  • prepare your environment and logistics

  • explain why zero tolerance is required

  • show you how withdrawal → calm → stability unfolds

  • help you choose the right moment to begin the first shift

Some participants begin their first shift during the program. Others begin immediately after. Both are normal.

This is not lifestyle coaching. This is not motivation. This is not “try your best.”

This is the foundation of a permanent shift.

When the structure is correct, quitting becomes rare. Completion becomes normal.

WHY ELIMINATION IS THE ONLY MODEL THAT WORKS

Most approaches focus on addition:

  • counting calories

  • balancing macros

  • measuring portions

  • managing cravings

  • relying on willpower

That creates constant hunger, mental fatigue, and short‑term results.

I take the opposite approach.

I remove the substances your body never tolerated in the first place — completely, sequentially, and without negotiation.

  • Partial removal = partial results

  • Moderation keeps dependency alive

  • Willpower fails when exposure continues

Complete elimination removes the fight entirely.

This isn’t about eating less. It’s about removing what doesn’t belong.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for you if:

You will not be eliminating everything on Day 1. You will be preparing for elimination correctly — so when you start, you succeed.

THE 6‑WEEK STRUCTURE

WEEKS 1–2 — Understanding the Body You’ve Never Met

You’ll learn how inputs, interference, and signals actually work — and why your body has been reacting, protecting, and storing in ways no one ever explained. These weeks build the foundation: the sequence, the zero‑tolerance principle, the withdrawal → calm → stability cycle, and the environment and logistics that make change possible.

No eliminations begin yet. This is where confusion ends and understanding begins.

WEEK 3 — The First Shift

This is the week where you learn the first major category of inputs your body has never tolerated — and why removing it changes everything. You’ll understand how it distorts signals, what happens when it’s gone, and how to navigate real‑world situations without negotiation.

Some participants begin here. Some begin later. Both are normal.

WEEK 4 — The Second Shift

You’ll learn the next category of inputs that disrupt appetite, cravings, and energy — and why this step only works when layered in the correct order. This is where people begin to feel the first real sense of calm and predictability.

WEEK 5 — The Third Shift

This week reveals the final major category of inputs that keep hunger unstable and signals chaotic. You’ll learn why this category drives unpredictability, and how the body stabilizes once all three are out of the way.

Some participants will be mid‑shift by this point. Some will still be preparing. Both are expected.

WEEK 6 — The Hidden Interference

Even after the three major shifts, most people still struggle with cravings, inflammation, unpredictable hunger, and energy crashes.

This week explains why.

You’ll learn:

  • the final source of interference almost no one ever considers

  • why “healthy” foods can still disrupt signals

  • why this step is the hardest to accept

  • how to identify the last category of inputs your body never tolerated

  • how removing them stabilizes hunger, energy, and clarity

  • how this final step locks in the transformation

This is the week where the entire framework makes sense. This is the week that explains why nothing else worked. This is the week that prepares you for the full elimination sequence.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEKS

Some people will be ready to continue immediately. Some will need more time. Some will need their hand held.

All of that is normal.

For those who want guided execution through the remaining eliminations, a continuation program is available.
